Our teachers, administrators and support staff experiencing difficulties with Canvas may email questions or concerns related to curriculum content and instructional strategies to canvas@caddoschools.org. 

Caddo has also partnered with Canvas for teachers and administrators to receive Canvas 24-7 Support. To access this support, 

• Log into your Canvas course and look at categories on the left. 

• Support is found under the Help icon (looks like a question mark). 

• There will be access to call, send in questions, or live chat.  

*Please note this support service is only available to current Caddo teachers and administrators. All other inquiries may go through the district’s Caddo Canvas Help Desk or Technical Support.

Call the Caddo Canvas Help Desk for Parents and Students at 318-364-1958 between the hours of 8:00 a.m.- 4:30 p.m. (Monday – Friday) and speak to a technician directly. 

Families also have the option of completing an electronic ticket through the Teacher Tech Help Desk.
